At ECCO Supply in Fife, Washington, service isn’t just part of the job; it’s why customers keep coming back. The branch may be new to the area, but Branch Manager Julian Moser and his tight-knit crew are already building a reputation for reliability, fast turnarounds, and good conversation.
Operating out of a 26,000-square-foot facility (ECCO’s largest branch location in Washington), the Fife team serves independent residential HVAC contractors from Tacoma up to Seattle. Most customers are one- or two-truck operators, and that’s just fine with Julian. “We’re here for the hard-working guys who want a supplier that knows their name and gets it done without the wait.”
Julian’s team includes Assistant Manager Georgia Ramlow and two hybrid warehouse/counter guys, Nick and RJ, who do everything from receiving to deliveries to front-counter support. Add in two outside sales reps and 30 years of HVAC know-how from Julian himself, and you’ve got a branch that’s big on flexibility and personal service.
That old-school approach shows up everywhere: from same-day deliveries to pulling orders ahead of time so contractors aren’t left waiting. While bigger competitors lean on apps, ECCO Fife leans on relationships. “We’re more fluid and personal that way. We like being the kind of place where people feel welcome and talk shop,” says Julian.
The branch also offers technical support on the spot when needed and hosts regular product training, including the latest A2L refrigerant updates. And starting this summer, every Wednesday is Wiener Wednesday, featuring Costco dogs on the house. Because around here, HVAC shouldn’t always be serious.
With a convenient location outside the traffic jams of nearby industrial parks, ECCO Fife is easy to get to and hard to forget.
