Led by Branch Manager Kris Kaiser and supported by HVAC Comfort Specialist Jake Hays and Warehouse Associate Fillmon Haile, the Everett team supports HVAC contractors across Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.

Case in point: a customer recently discovered a damaged product after delivery. Instead of asking them to return it, Kris sent a replacement to the job site without questions. That kind of service sets ECCO Everett apart from bigger competitors that rely on apps instead of human connection.
The Everett team is proud to be the exclusive regional distributor for LG mini splits and Armstrong Air ducted systems, two equipment lines contractors ask for by name. When product knowledge or certification is needed, the team arranges training directly with manufacturer reps to keep their customers up to speed on changes like the A2L refrigerant regulations.
With a diverse customer base, including many Hispanic, Ukrainian, and Asian-owned HVAC businesses, Everett reflects the community it serves. “We’ve got a bit of a melting pot here. Everyone’s welcome, and most of them know exactly what they need. But if they don’t, we’ll help them figure it out.”
